In addition, we also offer direct-to-garment, 3-D foam embroidery, appliqué, rhinestones, reflective and much more! Embroidery Produces a a rich, professional image with a high perceived value. Setup required to “digitize” the logo for the embroidery machine. Pricing is based on the quantity and number of stitches. Small text and fine details do not embroider well. Best for blankets, dress shirts, polos, jackets and caps. Tackle Twill/Appliqué Produces a clean bold look. Each character is sewn on creating a 3-dimensional work of art. Most commonly used on jackets and jerseys for sports teams. Digital Transfer/Heat Transfer Produces photo-realistic results. Your imprint is first printed on a special material designed to fuse with the garment. Unlimited colors can be used. Works well with almost any apparel fabric, bags and caps. Laser Etching Produces a striking tone-on-tone look. Can be performed across seams, on and over pockets and even over zippers. Used on almost any type of apparel. Screen Printing Produces a clean, crisp print based on vector artwork. Setup requires a different screen for each imprint color. Pricing is based on the quantity and number of imprint colors. Most commonly used on t-shirts, sweatshirts and sweatpants. Embossing & Debossing Provides a tone-on-tone look with a 3-dimensional appearance. Works well with performance wear, cotton, fleece, denim and leather. On Shoulder Draw attention at eye level instead of places you don’t want to call attention to. Left Chest Standard location. Nape of Neck Great for slogans or website / hashtag. Not recommended on white, pastels, or black. Sleeve A more subtle approach. Also great for co-branding. 14
